Simultaneous Executive Appointments
From the State level to the Gram Panchayat and Ward level, no appointment shall be made individually or in isolation. As far as possible, the complete Executive Committee of each level shall be announced together after following prescribed procedures.
Hierarchical Process & Mandatory Approval
The authority to appoint rests with the respective President subject to mandatory prior approval from higher levels. Any appointment or Executive Committee formed without required approval shall not be considered valid.
Oath-Taking & Digital Restriction
No President or Executive Committee is recognized without the formal oath-taking ceremony. Appointments made only via digital messages, WhatsApp, or social media posts shall not be treated as final proof of appointment.
2-Year Tenure & Age Criteria (50+)
Tenure of Executive Committees at all levels shall be two years. Key leadership roles (State President, State General Secretary, National Executive) require individuals above 50 years. Minimum 1-year stability is guaranteed once appointed.
Inter-Branch Coordination & Advisors
State Presidents of the Main Branch serve as State Chief Coordinators of all associated branches. Office-bearers at every level serve as Advisors and Executive Members of associated wings to ensure organizational unity.
Mandatory Written Pravas Consent
Before appointing any worker, a written consent letter must be obtained stating the level up to which they are capable of regular travel (Pravas) and devoting time. Capability takes precedence over position.

Determining responsibilities strictly by travel capability, time commitment, and field efficiency
Panchayat & Ward Level
Regularly organizing and conducting weekly meetings in their area and actively participating in State and Central programmes.
Mandal Level
Regularly travelling throughout the Mandal area, carrying out organizational activities, maintaining contact, and expanding the organization.
Legislative Assembly Level
Regularly travelling throughout the entire Assembly Constituency, guiding workers, and working towards expansion.
District Level
Regularly travelling across different areas of the district, coordinating with Mandal & Assembly workers, and strengthening units.
Divisional Level
Regularly travelling across different districts and areas within the Division, coordinating among units, and strengthening work.
State Level
Travelling regularly throughout the State, expanding the organization across districts and divisions, and discharging state duties.
Zone Level
Travelling throughout the entire Zone, expanding and coordinating the organization across different States and Divisions.
National Level
Experienced in extensive travel, capable of regularly working across States. National appointees must travel to at least 8 states annually.

No. Under Part–7 of our organizational guidelines, digital messages, social media posts, or WhatsApp messages are restricted and shall not be treated as final proof of appointment.
